Rooftop Lease Program

Rumble Energy a Toronto based solar photovoltaic company has announced an innovative rooftop lease solar installation program. The program will offer building owners the opportunity to go solar with limited upfront capital costs and exposure by offering to lease their underutilized rooftop space.

Rumble Energy will then install a rooftop solar installation on the building and pay the building owner a percentage of revenue generated from the system or a flat annual lease rate for their rooftop.

Construction of the rooftop solar plants will begin in April of 2010 and is scheduled to be completed in November of 2010.

The program will see a 20 year lease of rooftops between 40,000 to 1,000,000 square feet (sq. ft.) in Ontario. The solar facilities will operate under a secure 20 year feed-in-tariff program initialized by the Ontario Power Authority (OPA). All power generated from the solar photovoltaic rooftop systems will be sold to the nearest electric power Local Distribution Company (LDC) at the prices set by the Ontario Power Authority’s (OPA) new advanced Feed-in-Tariff (FIT) program.

High Quality, Long Lasting Materials

Light but strong all aluminum and stainless-steel construction means the Rumble Energy rooftop system is rugged, durable, corrosion-free, and elegant. Your building is a valuable asset. Rumble Energy helps you keep it that way.

Unimpeded Drainage

The open architecture allows water, dirt, and debris to drain away without collecting under the modules.

Modules are more Efficient

Solar modules produce less power when they get hot. The Rumble Energy design promotes air circulation keeping modules cool and efficient.

Higher Energy Output

Only Rumble Energy offers 5°, 10°, 15°, and 20° tilt angles. A steeper angle receives more sunlight which translates to more annual energy production.
